Pros
Amazing people mostly, company shows that it does care about its employees.When COVID hit they didn't waste any time making sure that what was best for their employees was done. This included Remote Working, helping testing and providing vaccines as soon as they were available.
Cons
The person who runs the Scrum Masters is a egomaniac who thinks that he needs to run his team like he is still in the Navy. When I left I knew 10 people who had quit citing him as the reason, 4+ of which didn't have a place they were going, they just had to get away from him. I knew several people brought to tears after his 1-1 because of his temper and management style.
