Pay is not competitive with the current inflation level in the United States. The compensation/responsibility ratio is way off. My job is the back bone of the whole money in and out operation and you feel last in line when it comes to any type of reward. No bonus, no perks, no incentive or push to keep going. Lastly, way to many Chiefs and not enough Indians. We are losing people left and right on the ground level. Pay the damn money needed to keep the people working.
