      The other workers on the team are friendly and smart and there aren't a lot of ego issues. The work is meaningful.The leaders are attentive to feedback.

      Cons

      There is an absence of managerial direction. Also, there isn't a lot of supportive feedback from leadership about performance.

      Rapidly spreading toxicity in work environment Lack of strong leadership and vision for the company In-office work, 5-days per week The CHRO - Killing company culture one firing, and one nepotism hire at a time The "Culture of Care" does not exist anymore
