      Flexible work schedule if needed, steady, access to large field of resources, internal training development, local and global, good retirement savings, vacation and OT

      Cons

      Toxic upper management, HR works for management instead of all employees, arrogant, if you're not a "company man" you wont fit (no free thinking)

      Rapidly spreading toxicity in work environment Lack of strong leadership and vision for the company In-office work, 5-days per week The CHRO - Killing company culture one firing, and one nepotism hire at a time The "Culture of Care" does not exist anymore
