      Great safety culture Decent pay for most positions Going in the right direction as a company Some truly genuine people in the organization, which is very refreshing for such a large company

      Long hours, not able to take time off because of workload Extreme lack of diversity A lot of (positive) change but not enough change managers

      Rapidly spreading toxicity in work environment Lack of strong leadership and vision for the company In-office work, 5-days per week The CHRO - Killing company culture one firing, and one nepotism hire at a time The "Culture of Care" does not exist anymore
