      Good pay, good work schedule

      Cons

      The company has been going through merger woahs. The chaos has left much uncertainty for the future as no one feels safe in their jobs at the moment. They used to have a fantastic professional development program that invested in their employees. This was destroyed with the idea that any development should have a 'one year payback' which is impossible to show justification for.

      Rapidly spreading toxicity in work environment Lack of strong leadership and vision for the company In-office work, 5-days per week The CHRO - Killing company culture one firing, and one nepotism hire at a time The "Culture of Care" does not exist anymore
