      Understanding about families that have kids, gives a little slack when kids are involved. Great benefits for insurance

      Cons

      doing more than just the job i was hired for only getting paid for the one of the jobs i do pay isn't worth all of the time here won't hire any help even part time for office

      Rapidly spreading toxicity in work environment Lack of strong leadership and vision for the company In-office work, 5-days per week The CHRO - Killing company culture one firing, and one nepotism hire at a time The "Culture of Care" does not exist anymore
