Pros
Remote Work. Great learning experience from the company, its clients, and trade shows. Broad exposure to cutting edge innovation in the dietary supplement and functional food and beverage space.
Cons
“Work Hard” sales culture which is a red flag in a lot of job search books. Expected to work while on PTO. Current company business structure will be very slow to grow, in my opinion. Management restricts business creativity from employees from different age groups, which, being a mid-level startup in nature, could receive a lot of help if were more open.
