Management is better than before

No work life balance. You are expected to know everything even if it is already not your scope. Compressed 10 hrs per day but you still have to work on weekends because of too much workload. People are traditional, everything is way way behind

A lot of office politics. When I joined, I quickly realized that it’s not a great place to work, especially due to the team environment. I initially thought I would stay longer, but the marketing team’s culture made it difficult to thrive.
