All the pros I had became cons

Tried to offer me an underpaid contract Was training in but dismissed after only 3 days on the ground of objective and silly reasoning Zero warning Was given a buddy who kept speaking really fast and just doing the tasks but not teaching and she left earlier for “2” hours but that turned to over 3 hours and emailed me to cancel next appointment but was happy with my work just before the shift was over the next day I’m dismissed one of the reasons being I didn’t ask questions but I did and when I defended that he changed it to I was comparing you to the two other onboarding this was all said after he dismissed me he dismissed me out of the blue in the morning and they also breached our employment agreement in numerous sections which of course will be addressed Lead me on as an employee they never said they were monitoring or comparing as they are legally obliged to tell you that if it’s being measured etc Cut me off during a meeting mid sentence O was joining shifts early and everything and going along their guidelines but I assume the pay was an issue for them. I hope this helps someone avoid a negative experience in the career journeys ☺️ Latvian based and they behave in a way that disrespects different laws in other countries where they hire people not in Latvia along with disrespecting social standards
