Pros
This job was full of pros. Great pay, great benefits, great people, amazing products, amazing facility and gym, food, hotel, and travel paid for when you leave home. Of all jobs I've had post college this one was my favorite. I love that they support the community and foster a fun work culture full of bright minds. If you enjoy fast paced non stop work and travel then this is the best place to be.
Cons
Unfortunately, there is quite a few of these as well. If you are on the outside sales team just expect to work around the clock and never have a full day off. The work life balance for someone who doesn't work in home office is next to none, long hours on weekends, tons of travel, scheduled 6 days weekly (even your day off count on spending 1/4 of your day doing something work related), even when I took vacation time I still had to be on conference calls, lots of pressure on numbers, bonuses are extremely hard to hit, and a lot of ware on your personal car. The job itself was just very taxing and stressful, even beyond how much fun it was. It also did not help that all sales departments got their pay cut 20% in the beginning of 2015. That was the last thing we needed with how much work, love, and effort we put into our jobs. This job is perfect for someone who does not have a passion to go to school and just wants to get promoted out of a specialty retail store or to do a job outside of this industry. But if you want to see your family often and have free time to do the other things in life that you enjoy, then I recommend you look elsewhere for employment. Overall though I had a fantastic experience and I am forever thankful for how much it helped me grow as a professional and as a man.
