Pros
job is flexible with hrs and stuff and pay is better than other nutrition jobs, and the credits they promise after 6mo is the only pro to working here.
Cons
Benefits are horrible worked for 6mo for 24 PTO hrs, yes I said HRS not days... that were taken away when I resigned..., no training, horrible communication, lack of empathy and sympathy for your concerns, NO TRAINING, the training is a JOKE, overwhelming amount of work, lack of respect from supervisors, horrible communication and its few and far between but the supervisors experience in the company is around 1-2 yrs or less. Most I've seen someone work for the company is 5yrs but that's rare also. turnaround for employees is 6mo to 1yr... which says a lot about the company. Everyone is stressed, overworked, overwhelmed and undervalued. I didn't even have a desk in my facility I was placed in. Highly highly don't recommend beware of expectations and workload, you have to be a computer or have superpowers to meet expectations. Left my facilities crying too often, I am a human being not AI.
