Pros

Some of the pros for people just getting into sales or solar, is that the company does offer a lot of freedom compared to other solar companies.

Cons

Very poor training. Constant dodging of question regards commissions. High expectations low pay. For example Nusun uses a 3.3 redline (very high for industry standards), thus leading to more profit for the corporation rather than solar reps. Pay as a “setter” can range from an install 750-2500. Which is absolutely awful, closers can make up to 20k while the setter most likely 3k max, leading to a very unhealthy work environment, when it takes on average atleast a month to install each system. Living off of 1k paychecks for weeks, do not recommend

Pros

Unlimited earning potential - work hard and work the hours you will see results and you’ll see more money than you’ve ever seen Great training - we’ve got the best of the best that want to see you succeed Great company culture- company trips , competitions, you get the best drip in the solar game just for doing your job Flexible scheduling - come work for just the summer and 1 summer can change your financial situation then take the rest of the year off If you’re thinking about pursuing a job in solar trust me this is 100% the company to work for as long as you are a hard worker and put your all in everyday you’ll be set. You’re helping people save money and making money by doing it couldn’t think of anything more satisfying

Cons

It gets hot out there some days Mosquitos in certain areas but just buy some bug spray You might miss out on summer but you’re still stacking your bread
