I just worked 12.5 hard hours for free because the NurseIO app wasn’t working to allow me to clock in or out. Their app frequently glitches. They tell you that if a supervisor signs a facility timesheet, you’ll be paid. THIS IS FALSE! The worst part of this company is they designed it so Nurses can’t contact them if there’s an issue. If a person does respond, it’s through chat and usually hours later and you are SOL if you work on weekends because no one is working . So I worked for free at a time when I really needed the money.
