Pros
First and foremost, the company has an amazing company culture. People are really good to one another here. While people are smart and driven, they also care about making sure that everyone works together well. Nuratechlabs is also having a lot of success as a company. Over the 2 years I've been here I've seen revenue triple and the employee base grow by a similar amount. And I love Nuratechlabs mission and that we are creating transparency for job seekers all around the world. Open/flat organization flexible timings. The company takes your contributions seriously and recognize as and when required. Overall, I am having a very positive experience. I am proud to work with Nuratechlabs.

Pros
Good to start a career. Lots of things you learn. Promise that you will get the great features. Friendly people. There is no comparison senior junior. Good Woking environment.
Cons
Heavy task with short periods. Salary credit consistency bad. There is no training for fresher's. You will learn your self at very short periods. Notice period was 3 months its very bad.

As you have rightly indicated you are a fresher and worked with us for less than a year - How would you expect any organisation to provide Hikes with in one year ?
When you wanted a job desperately you agreed for 3 months notice period and when company gave you exposure to learn in a short duration of time and you managed to get another job outside , now 3 months notice is bad.
Please note this company is 10 year old and is a no default company in all aspects , yes we had salary issues in between when we decided to hire lot freshers like you to provide opportunity - most of them are short sighted and jump jobs frequently [with in a year] which affects the project and payments from the customer.
There are employees who have been with us for past 10 years , who have never had salary or work related issues as they all strive to learn new technologies and systems day by day but nowadays most of the fresher's who come does not have any desire to learn, all you want is only salaries and holidays.
Please note we are Technology company and NOT a Man power agency where we clog only time sheets and no of hours spent in office to account your ability. Only those who have studied real engineering and good understanding software architecture can work with us not anyone who just want to join a software company to showoff in the society as professionals.
Anyways your point is well absorbed and we wish you a great future !
