Toxic environment - Account Executive Numerix Employee Review

There's a toxic culture no proper grievance procedures. They fire people without proper training given. There's no proper feedback given. The CEO is biased towards opinions of team leads and no there's proper management. The whole office is run down and toilets are not properly maintained. Management doesn't care about staff well-being.
