      Pros

      Those who actually do stuff are smart and easy to work with. There're some good managers who are understanding and can bring out the potential of their team members. The name is respected in the industry.

      Cons

      Hard work is often not recognized. The smart and capable people do not get to drive the direction of the company. Pay is not competitive.
