      Good work/life balance, good people. Health care is paid for

      Poorly managed, very political, a lot of backstabbing, rampant sexism. Company relies heavily on bonus structure which has been poor in recent years due to net client losses and diminishing AUM.

      Love the team, the learning and the new office in Boston Seaport district.

      Cons

      Took a while to complete our conversion off of SAS onto Python, but now that we are on the new platform things are much better.
