      Flexible, foot-in-the-door, a good job for your first role into the IT industry, especially working with data and database querying systems.

      Cons

      Unreliable (my department is getting laid-off due to outsourcing employees), very low wages.

      Pros

      Great for career development & culture. I get to sell an amazing product & am surrounded by some of the smartest people I’ve encountered in the industry. Really feel like my leadership is interested in hearing my POV and appreciate that our product group can be nimble to support new ideas or enhancements quickly.

      Cons

      Sometimes have to get scrappy, but I’d much prefer that to a culture of unnecessary red tape.
