Company pays you off to not post - Sales Numerator Employee Review

Pros

People here are smart, but most people are on their way to another job. Managers and directors are mostly terrible leaders, that should be individual contributors.

Cons

When you get "laid off" they give you 2 weeks pay and make you sign a huge contract that entails to not post on Glassdoor or social media. The reason the reviews here are so high is because most people take the money and run.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We are disappointed to hear that you walked away with a poor impression of some of our leaders. In 2020, we've continued our investment in developing great leaders by expanding our leadership training and are working to create leadership expectations that make it clear what is needed to be a successful manager at Numerator. Like most companies, there are limited instances where we come to a mutual agreement with an employee leaving our company that includes standard provisions on confidentiality and what can be disclosed publicly. In general, we encourage all feedback to be shared so that we can continue to enhance and grow our culture in whatever forum people choose. If you have more to share please contact us at reviews@numerator.com
