Work life balance is also decent if you don’t conform to the 996 culture.
Cons
People were being put in positions that they didn’t belong despite having no qualifications whatsoever if they were Chinese Nationals. If you weren’t from China, you would naturally have a disadvantage when it comes to salary, etc.
Their 996 culture and company processes were also in disarray, with focus being put in all the wrong areas.
Unfortunately, the company has recently ceased its operations and plenty of the staff were let go as a result.
All round bad leadership and management.
