Pros
Exposure to different types of project Good for deisgn stage execution Have good diversified unit and character employees are overall kind Open nature to talk about things between teams Company is doing good business overall so job security should not be a problem Company provides fair level of remuneration, would not say the best in the market
Cons
Lack of design hold and work on site Most the projects have timeline up until Development stages No one from the current design team could help identify electrical issues or work collaboration with other sub disciplines like automation etc. I believe what they lack to provide is real gorund support over projects and deal with day to day technical issues which is also important for designer to understand Project management team needs to look more into timeline management and fineprints Please don't try and open up about real world problems could become a leverage against you
