Very poor management structure in the U.K - Anonymous Nufarm Employee Review

Very inflexible management seem to run the place as a personnel fiefdom. No accountability for management mistakes, unrealistic production demands, the shift system is totally inflexible, impossible to get time off outside of shift pattern, a truly terrible place to work many jumping ship and finding work else where at the moment, going down hill fast. Taken over by Nufarm over 5 years ago, who have not spent a penny upgrading plant in that time, general feeling is closure imminent with the current management in place.
