Horrible outlook. Not sure everyone knows what they are doing or are supposed to be doing. People don't seem to live up to their job titles. Some are overpaid and some underpaid. The majority are underpaid when talking with co-workers with big level titles who also thought they should be getting more. High turnover here. Either the majority have relocated within the company and have been with the company over 10 years or everyone else there has been working less than a year and either say its not what they expected and quit or get fired.
