      Pros

      The staff at the facilities you will be required to visit are very nice, and they appreciate all the work you do for them.

      Cons

      The facilities department is managed very poorly. Nepotism exists in the department. unqualified employees are in control. You are required to travel to sites using your own Vehicle and are responsible for any accidents that may accrue no vehicle insurance provided There are NO improvement opportunities provided.

      The bonuses were good if your facility attained the targets.

      Cons

      The owner is a bit pie in the sky and lost sight of the actual work that needed to be done and put too much emphasis on value based care.
