Pros
People are genuinely nice, friendly culture. The company isn't dull, always has new initiatives. The company really cares, I'ves seen first-hand the improvement of lives of patients and medical staff because of this company. If you have a great idea and are capable, you could find yourself in a leadership position quickly.
Cons
Constant change initiatives translate to apathetic employees. Corporate employees don't get to see the improvement in medical staff and patients lives (I saw this from a personal side, not professional) which translates to unmotivated employees. When the company wants to expand to hires outsiders, sometimes causing culture clashes and resentment from internal employees. There is high employee turnover, I think from the lack of growth opportunities. Senior managment is more of a sales team, and the employees are often left to their own devices.
