Workload is too heavy. You are expected to constantly work overtime to be able to complete all of your work. Management is hit or miss. Some of them are great and some not so much. There is no regulation or standards set in place. People who are friends of the family get away with not doing any work and getting paid way too much when others are working much harder than should ever be expected.
