Please, do not work here. I was encouraged to move up within the department and promoted over a period of 7 years. I was asked to do illegal and immoral things, including making my team sign government documents without being able to read them. We had many workers who were ESL and I was punished for trying to help them understand paperwork before they signed. I was verbally abused, berated, repeatedly lied to, encouraged to do both illegal and immoral activities in a supervisory role. The moment I questioned the single authority point (company President) I was fired without cause, after 7 years. The company treats its employees like garbage, cuts corners, and does not follow regulatory guidelines. Absolutely disturbing place to work.
