      Pros

      I joined Nucot as a placement coordinator. It was a very good environment and had an energetic team that supported me in my work. And with the help of management & team, I was able to place many trained candidates in companies. I had a good experience as a placement coordinator.

      Cons

      I was facing difficulties when candidates said no after getting the offer letter due to silly reasons. Which made little difficult to manage our promise to the clients.
