Nucore does have plenty of employee-friendly policies — absolutely! The only catch? You have to still be an employee to enjoy them. At the current rate, it feels like in a few months the company might be staffed mostly with people who joined yesterday and are still figuring out where the login button is… while many experienced folks may have already been shown the “corporate exit door.” It’s starting to look less like workforce planning and more like a reality show where the rules change every episode.

But when people who’ve been working hard for years also get caught in the shuffle, you start wondering if someone in HR was picking names out of a hat during lunch.
