Pros
The best part about Nucleus Research is the environment. Yes, it comes with expected pressure to perform to standard, but it's paired with a sense of support and community that is rare. We don't work ridiculous hours and many of us find time in the day to be active. NR is a company that you can feel cares about its employees, and the employees also care about each other. There is a bond between company and employee that I have not experienced anywhere else. If you spend any amount of time here, you'll understand why NR is one of the best companies you could ever work for by far.

The salary is nothing incredible, but I’ve heard it gets better with time.
