      Pros

      - The people I work with are great! - My manager is supportive and always ready to help - Remote work makes the job worth it, for now.

      Cons

      - Can be quite stressful if you don't keep yourself organized. - Pay can be better and I don't think there's much room to grow. - HR is a revolving door. It seems like there's a new person each time. Now, they just ended up hiring one of the senior techs to be HR which is weird.
