From the top down managers empower their staff to do the roles they were hired for by supporting them and not micromanaging. Nucleus has adopted a permanent work from home model for most departments (role dependant) and has been very supportive through all of Covid. Nucleus is larger than most MSPs in the area and that is a testament to the growth, direction and dedication of the Nucleus team as a whole. Amazing place for techs of all skill levels to get further exposure and experience across many different platforms. Always adding new clients into the mix. Great support team structure and awesome collaboration across all departments.
Cons
Some legacy clients systems and environments can be challenging to manage and support. Can be calm one moment and get extremely busy the next but that’s IT life, especially at a MSP.
