Pros

Coworkers were nice. Good location

Cons

Not a good company to work for. They don’t pay well. When I gave my two weeks notice they termed me 2 days later instead of allowing me to finish my two weeks. They do this often. There is an inappropriate amount of nepotism and favoritism. Tons of turn over. Stay far away.

Pros

As an RN working PRN, I have flexibility to choose my work days. There is a minimum requirement of 12 hours per month. I work in the patient's home as a home health nurse. I enjoy meeting and getting to know my patients and their families, teaching them about their health, and supporting their care journey as part of the health care team.

Cons

Communication between nurses can be sometimes difficult if something is not mentioned during nurses report. But we can always email the case manager or call the nurse if we have a question. I have seen it improved when we have a notebook to log daily cares and concerns in the home.
