Annual reviews take place on or after each employee's anniversary date with the company. We appreciate your insights and will follow-up with the team in your area to ensure reviews and applicable raises are delivered as timely as possible. Patients decide how often they receive visits as outlined in their care plan. Depending on a variety of circumstances the needs of our patients can change and that in turn will affect schedules for our field staff. We understand that four hour shifts may not be agreeable for everyone, however in an effort to meet the needs of our patients and ensure our staff get the hours they need, we will make those shift opportunities available. We will take your feedback on more personalized recognition into consideration and find ways to share our appreciation as genuinely as possible.
