Very poor leadership function - Anonymous employee Nuby Employee Review

Highly subjective leadership, very inconsistent in their own adherence to company policies & values, do not lead by example or take notice of employee feedback. No internal HR function - external consultants good when utilised but can only be effective if used consistently & made aware of situations. Unclear & often changing job roles & expectations. Regular new projects not fully thought through & / or appropriately communicated causing unnecessary work / stress
