- Small enough to acknowledge each employee at meetings and general announcements - Regular inclusion for all employees for events outside of work - Flexible with family matters - All employees are welcoming and willing to help with whatever they can
Cons
- Generally poor communication with upper-level positions, mostly due to how busy they are or the fact they are missing helpful information - High turnover rates for lower-level employees therefore high workloads for more committed employees - Lack of commitment to all companies, occasionally playing favorites to higher paying clients - Avoids discussing disappointing outlooks by placating or finding alternative problems to focus on
