      Family run Business, Many employees have kids. Attention to employee health including mental health. Flexible hours and the ability to work remote from home. My voice is heard, regularly speak with ownership. Company is willing to change its ways to adapt to changes in the industry.

      Can't hire enough people fast enough for growth.

      Good leadership, relaxed atmosphere, low stress, and easy communication with leadership.

      Cons

      The relaxed atmosphere decreases productivity, But it is a well-worth sacrifice because it supports the people mentally and emotionally.

      Pros

      I have been working with NuWave for the past two years and it is the absolute best place I have ever worked. I support the CEO, Chad and he is the best! He is so transparent, kind and knowledgeable. He empowers me and all his employees to be the best that they can be and forgives when mistakes are made. He is human. He treats all his employees with respect and he is fair. I look forward to supporting him for many more years.
