Working as an assistant/project manager for the company president was frustrating, as he required his employees to practically read his mind. My position required me to come in on Saturdays and company holidays. When I was laid off, HR was not very clear as to the reasons behind the decision. Seemed as if the family members of the executives were the ones most often promoted.

Small staffed company that are laid back and flexible with your schedule.

Do not pay you for the amount of work you do. Practically zero opportunity to advance in the company.
