Pros
I was part of an awesome team and really feel like the agency is well-run. The only reason I'm leaving is because I found job much closer to my home. My coworkers are awesome, the program director fair and effective, and the CEO seems to care and is passionate about the agency's mission
Cons
Like anywhere (I guess) sometimes staff call outs and vacations ( NuPath's benefits are too generous in my opinion) can make things feel a little crazy. But the days fly by and I really wish I didn't have to leave.
