Good communication and collaboration with the hiring managers. The leadership team approves and process offers quickly. A lot of hiring is being done. They show recognition you when you do good work. I see a lot of growth opportunities.

No cons so far that I can think of. So far everything seems pretty good. I am only a contractor so I can't speak about benefits and merit increases.
