Pros

I highly recommend working with NuByt (nubyt.com). The team was incredibly responsive throughout my interview process for a marketing role at Lyft. They helped me understand what the hiring manager was looking for, made the offer process easy and even helped negotiate vacation days for travel I’d already booked. Months after my contract ended, I reached out for help with an administrative issue I'd accidentally caused. Even though fixing it required hours of their time, they were just as responsive and helpful.

The one thing that the company can improve is their onboarding process — it would’ve been great if they had been more proactive with me about it. When I reached out to my manager, she was able to help me with documentation and get it processed on time!
