Welp - Machine Operator Nu-Pak Employee Review

I have never worked at a company that gives so much to their employees. The company meals/picnics and giveaways are amazing. The free coffee/cappuccino and soda in the break room is also really nice. It really shows they appreciate the hard work of their employees. The pay and bonus is very good for the area. While the health insurance premiums seem higher than other companies, the deductibles are very low!

Sometimes the schedule changes can be frustrating.

Good health insurance; earn credit time; attendance bonus; co-workers

Pay could be better with similar food plants within 50-60 miles; machines need fixing beyond what onsite maintenance can do; more consistence with all employees; and better set up of pack-off areas.
