1. Communication - the call center manager communicates with all agents. They are always putting the team first and make sure that all employee's needs are listened to and met when applicable. 2. Transparency - the leadership team shares all available information with the organization so there are no surprises. 3. Management - the management team at NLHD is always working hard to develop the Call Center team.

Cons

1. Leadership - the management within the organization is great. There are many managers within the organization. Leadership gets fuzzy sometimes when there are so many managers. 2. Applications - the Call Center has many applications to make our jobs more effective. With so many applications, it takes time to master them.
