      1. Male colleagues at disadvantage these days as compnay wants to promote females quickly to reach their KPI. 2. Sponsors, D& I, Connections and Politics take precedence over merit and has got worse in recent years. 3. CEP - Potential measurement KPI boxes your career growth and most abuded metric.

      Pros

      Shell enables you to switch roles every 3-5 years so you are not bored. Compensation is nice, but not as nice as a tech companies. Work life balance can fluctuate as it depends on who you have as your manager. 9/80 - every other friday off is still in effect.

      Cons

      Work life balance might not exist for you depending on your team Big corporation means you'll get lost in the system unless you know how to play the political bridge game
