      Great group of guys in the field.

      Cons

      No room for advancement You’ll always be looked over for outside hires if trying to grow. Which has made the company a revolving door. Hourly wages are mediocre but you don’t get enough hours.

      Unionized work environment, lost of hours if you equipment doesn't fall apart on you.

      Great group of guys in the field but upper management runs things like they’re getting a second chance at being the big dog in high school after being picked on too much their first time around.
