      Close to home. That was the only pro

      If I could give less than 1 star I would. The cons are too many and various to go into detail here. The most important and pertinent is the way management speaks and talks to employees. It's atrocious. They speak in a belittling, and condescending manner to employees in front of other managers/employees. Constant reminders that the treatment is to "mold you into the person they need".

      Pros

      Working at NU-B has been an incredibly rewarding experience, especially because of the company’s strong commitment to diversity and inclusion. From day one, I felt welcomed and valued, not just for my skills, but for who I am as a person. The workforce here is made up of people from a wide range of backgrounds, cultures, and perspectives—and that diversity is celebrated, not just acknowledged.
