It is unfortunate that you feel this way, as our entire leadership team values collaboration by engaging employees directly, surveying them regularly, monthly town halls, regular off-sites, video updates, regular mentoring, etc. Bullying is not tolerated in any shape or form, and our CEO specifically helped put in policies to mitigate, and evangelizes against it. Further, Ntirety has always followed and will always follow local rules on Covid or any other health issue while keeping in mind that we are classified as an essential business, that operates 24x7. While no one individual is expected to be on 24x7, certain functions that support and secure our customers have to be on 24x7. Similarly, certain functions have to be physically present to operate our Data Centers. Thank you again for your feedback again.
