      Pros

      My team members are smart and would do great things if they weren't being micromanaged by the CEO.

      Cons

      Imagine this: You and everyone you work with are dropped into a giant toilet bowl. The CEO flushes the toilet over and over and then yells at you for spinning in circles and being wet. That's what it's like to work at Hostway.

      The people here are great (both peers and higher-ups), the technology is intriguing, and we serve a diverse customer base that has interesting challenges. The company also has enjoyable functions and provides great weekly lunches and snacks.

      Cons

      There are numerous locations, which can make it challenging to meet coworkers in person.
