Pros
Some good people still work here. That’s about it.
Cons
The company went through a leadership change about a year ago, and things quickly spiraled. Leadership is inexperienced, arrogant, and dismissive of feedback from the field. Most of the original team was laid off and replaced with friends and colleagues from the CEO’s previous company—creating an echo chamber that’s out of touch with the reality of the business.
If you’re in sales, expect to be on a plane or in your car nearly every week, covering a massive territory with little to no support—and for under $100K total comp. Wins are rare, and that means your paycheck will suffer. The offerings are confusing, pricing isn't competitive, and there's no real strategy or alignment across teams.
They say they’re channel-first and focused on cloud, cyber, compliance, and data services—but in practice, it's clear they don’t know what they want to be when they grow up, and the company is already 25 years old.
